BLOCKING CAPCUT FROM RUNNING ON PC

why are you blocking capcut from running on my PC? If I exit kaspersky the capcut runs but once kaspersky its on it blocked the software from running???

Welcome!

1. We can run Capcut with Kaspersky without any issues. 

2. Go to Kaspersky Reports, in the search field type capcut - find any Capcut entries, take a full screen screen-print & post back to show the errors that are causing the problem? 

 

3. Also Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) has been replaced by Kaspersky Standard, you may wish to upgrade & *recheck the issue*, the upgrade is *free* - read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ by Danila T.

1. *Which* Video Editor - what is the *actual* name of the application? 
2. Look in Kaspersky Reports, what error / events are logged for the issue - when (you) can't download the video-editor, are there any Kaspersky alerts on screen - IF 'yes' - what are they - we need to see what you see?
3. Which Kaspersky software *name* & *version* is installed? On Windows Taskbar *Hidden icons*, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select *About*? 
4. Which Windows OS version & *build*, in Windows Search, type WINVER - open the WINVER app & post back the information shown?
