Block adult\porn content on twitter

Kaspersky Parental Control is active but the adult content pages are still accessed on twitter without any problem, I need them to be blocked too. For example, https://twitter.com/RealityPornHD is a page with adult content but parental control does not block it! How do I solve this? Thanks

4. How was the porn page accessed, was a link selected, or by searching or another method, please provide more information?

I am using “Parental Control” I haven't switched to “Safe Kids”.

KIS is now up to 21.1 & 21.2. 

1. In Parental control, are you using Content filtering? 
2. Is Twitter accessed via web browser or Twitter app? 

• Without the requested information we cannot test.
• Raise a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in the template as in our image, however, select KIS 20.0.14.1085, in the problem description, explain you’re using Parental control, not KSK, provide a detailed history, images & or video: if they help explain the problem & the URL/link to this Community topic: Support may request Logs & or other system data, they will guide you if necessary.

• After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will be in touch, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in their MyKaspersky account.
• Please share the outcome with the Community when it’s available?

I also changed my dns provider (you can do this in your internet modem or on a device) to opendns family dns. That adds an extra layer of protection (thus two algorithms may not miss things as much as one).

It’s also free.

I haven’t tested this as I have all “internet communication”  checked (forbidden)  and then used exceptions for the school related ones needed. So in my case twitter is not even exposed for just this reason.
I had not even considered that the Kids AI would be able to accurately differentiate between family vs porn accurately. That is great if it does but for younger kids I just have it turned off and the reason I also use family based opendns is just a second set of AI and also for our so us adults don’t accidently stumble upon it.

There are many other reasons to restrict social media for children: even when it is clean it is incredibly coercive and the AI behind them forms a type of addiction and can limit a child’s view of the world around them.

If you have not seen it yet I highly recommend “The social Dilemma”  (on Netflix) as something all parents should watch (and watch with their older children). Social media AI is terribly dystopian…..

Strange, that you do not have a detect on this URL. Something is messed up with the settings, probably. We would need traces with KSK restart for further analysis.

I just checked again, the URL is blocked in Chrome. Can you retest on your side as well? Thanks.
