block access to facebook messenger PC

Hello,
I have blocked access to facebook.com in the WEB section

But even so they manage to enter Facebook Messenger.

Please can you tell me what I'm doing wrong.

The following is required: 

1. Internet, Web activity monitoring, add Forbidden exclusions for Facebook.com & Messenger.com
2. Social networks, add the child’s account for monitoring 

 

Also:

Settings should be blocked.

Windows store should be blocked.

Note: many people, including children, have multiple social media accounts, for effective management, it’s necessary to be aware of all accounts a child may be using.
