Hi, please help, yesterday I installed the program in my kid's laptop, it worked well. Today I included time for use of internet, worked for 30 min and then the screen went black, i can see the cursor but nothing else. It is Windows system. I deactivated the time of use using the app in my cel bit it does nothing to solve the problem. Pmease help, i tried to contact IT support but it asks for activation code but I dont have one, when Inpurcjase the welcome message says I do not need activation code anymore.

Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -   
on the support page: select either Chat or Email - in the Activation code / license key field - put an X
