Just been my brothers.. he asked me to look at a problem for him. 
Issue is, on his PC, win 11 home 25H2 patched. Chrome Ver 124, bank HSBC web app.
Kaspersky premium ver 21.23.6.614 

When he goes to his known payees... and selects one (his daughter for instance), when he tries to enter an amount to transfer to her, he can only enter 1 digit.. any more are  ignored.

So I tested and confirmed his issue.. so I checked Kaspersky, Kaspersky Money was DISABLED...
SO I just exited Kaspersky completely... reloaded the bank web page and it worked... It now allowed full typing in the "amount to transfer" box.
Reloaded Kaspersky, and it broke again. 

So tried it in Edge browser, and it worked OK, with or without Kaspersky running. 
SO god knows what's breaking it... but it def not OK, he says its been broken for a good amount of time, so I suspect over a number of browser updates, and even Kaspersky updates.. but I cannot confirm. 

Anyone else seen this and able confirm?
Fire away if you have questions.. but I no longer at his, and he not super tech capable, but may be I can try and recreate (I AM HSBC customer...but dont use Chrome, but if needed may be I can hold my nose and install  😉  ).
