Hello all,

My Kaspersky subscription is expiring soon and I was about to make a purchase for a new license however I hit a snag. I reside in Thailand, however all my finances like banks and credit cards are all US based. When I tried to enter my billing information there was no option to choose the US as the region for the credit card origin. Is there a way to resolve this? I tried doing this for the global store.

According to the: Guide on Kaspersky software availability in the United States, Purchasing and renewal

"The ability to buy, renew and download products at usa.kaspersky.com is suspended. The ability to make purchases via other websites may also be limited for users visiting from the US and US customers. Non-US customers may purchase and renew apps at kaspersky.com and their local websites."

  • Even tho (you're) physically located in Thailand, if all of (your) finances are showing as US based the transaction systems may not be able to distinguish the difference. 
  1. Contact Kaspersky Customer Service at the Kaspersky Global site - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/global#contacts -> they *may* be able to offer some advice, select Email & fill in the template - please provide a *detailed history*.
