hello, I have had a problem for a week, when I want to make a bank transfer to an external account the page blocks after entering the code received not by SMS and after a while I have a code validation error. If I do the same operation by deactivating my Kaspersky internet security it works. I tested on Chrome and Firefox with the same result while another computer with the same protection works.

IF (you're) using Kaspersky Internet Security (21.3) it's been replaced by Kaspersky Standard; Kaspersky are offered a free upgrade to the new version, read:  Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ.

Kaspersky Standard can be downloaded from: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product; you may wish to try the new version; we always recommend uninstalling the *old* software before installing the *new*.
