I'm experiencing a critical issue on my system related to the Kaspersky driver klwtp.sys, which is causing black screens (BSOD) with the error BAD_POOL_CALLER (0xC2), parameter 1 = 0x99, attempt to free pool with invalid address or pool header corruption. The active process during the crash is avp.exe, affecting the Windows Firewall driver fwpkclnt.sys. I created the incident request INC000017769801, but I am not having good support at all. Could anyone help me, please?

I guess They requested You the full memory dump generated after the BSOD, to analyze it, the fix may take some time.

Hello,

It's necessary to determine if there are any other network driver programs within the current system, and if the wireless network card has a dedicated driver. Will this blue screen issue no longer occur if you disable the wireless network driver?

I've already done everything you mentioned, but unfortunately, the error persists.

Hello, Wesly

The BSOD always happens when I’m online or browsing. My Wi-Fi driver is Netwtw10.sys (Intel, 2023-03-23). I’ll try disabling it as suggested, but since the dump clearly shows klwtp.sys, it really seems related to Kaspersky.

Are you aware of any known issues between Kaspersky and Intel Wi-Fi drivers?
