Backup & Restore Issues

I've been using the back & restore function for a long time, but all backing up, never uses restore function. However, today when I needed to use it, I found an issue.

I don't have the password for the backup. It's not that I forget, it's that I never really set up the password for the backup.

First I tried all the possible passwords I could use, but they didn't work. Then I set up a new backup as a test. It just lets me choose the file to backup, the location to store, and the backup frequency. No password. Still, when I try to access the new test backup, it asks me for a password.

Did I do something wrong or did I miss something?
