Hi Kaspersky Team,
We have problem on one endpoint The Kaspersky application is missing on Start Menu. We check on folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows, avp.com is missing. Please check the capture and log attached.

Please advise for resolved this problem. Thank you.

Hello,

Can you see any service named avp under services window?

You can also Try re-installing.

Hi Ravi,

Unfortunately, the endpoint using encryption Kaspersky feature. we had tried to re-install manual or push from KSC, but it's not work. Please checking the attached capture
