Available Networks & VPN

Hi, so far whatever vpn I've used, KIS prompted me to choose network type (trusted, public,..). Today I started a new vpn & KIS didn't prompt me, also it was not present in available networks. What do you think is wrong?

Is it browser related or system wide?
