Automatic subscription update failed

Message - No connection has been made to activation server in a long time.  Update manually.


No instruction on how to do this.


Have 144 days remaining on licence.


Package appears to be working although I have to occasionally force database update.

* Please read your message. 

  • 1 Log into your MyKaspersky account, on the Devices tab, select the device, then select Disconnect the device → image1, accept OK to the popup → image2




  • 2 Return to the computer, shutdown the computer using full Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login, make sure KIS is active.
  • 3 Run a manual KIS Database update - allow it to complete. 
  • 4 From  KIS application, select MyKaspersky, make sure the application connects to the MyKaspersky portal.
  • 5 Sign into the portal, make sure the device is showing connected on the Devices tab
