Automatic Delete Activity History

Hi.

I don't understand what password I need to enter to automatically delete my internet temp files and history.
I use a Microsoft account to log in to Windows 11, and I use a PIN to start the operating system.
I tried entering both the PIN and my Microsoft account password, but it didn't work.
I don't want to have to change my account type or log in to Windows with a local account.
