All data, including Notes, accessed via https://my.kaspersky.com/MyPasswords#/, is encrypted. 

We’ve confirmed with Kaspersky Technical Support. 

However, the question “ when using password manager website passwords notes field, is the notes field encrypted ?“

We understand “field” to be all Notes stored in: https://my.kaspersky.com/MyPasswords#/notes tab? IF our understanding is incorrect, please let us know & include a screen image of the issue?
