Application not activated

Good Day 

 

I have a Kaspersky Buisness HUB - Kaspersky Endpoint Cloud which i am currently using the 30 day trial for 36 workstations and 1 server. 

The issue i am having is Kaspersky Endpoint is showing application is not activated on workstations.

 

Please advise on what the issue could be.

Hello Thabos,

please check if the license is really available at the local client KES UI. If yes, check if the Network Agent has a connection to the cloud server.

Please open a Technical Support case when problem persist.
