"Application is not installed" Critical Error

One of our clients is receiving the error "Security Application is not installed" in KSC [14.2] . These workstations are ATM machines, and nearly 200+ devices are showing critical errors. The KESS version in the ATM machine is 3.3, but the plugin is KESS 2.3. I installed the most recent plugins, but the error status remains the same.

I also checked the ATM machine via RDP, checked the Netagent Heartbeat, and ran the script "klmover.exe -address [ksc-server-ip]". Everything is fine on the client end, but the information is not being synced in ksc. I also tried force synchronization. License in Client-end is okay too.

Is there any way to solve this issue?
