Application control stuck on test rules

On Kaspersky security center 13.2 I created a Policy with application control enabled and set to block a category. But once I set the policy to the active policy the action switches to “test rules” and nothing happens on the client computer when executing a blocked application.

Any messages in events in KSC or locally in host reports?

In KSC open policy properties and goto application control....right hand side first column select blacklist and second column select block instead of test rules.

Add category created in the list for blocking.

 

Save and apply policy.
