Application Control Issue - Executable files list is empty

Hi all, I've been runing inventory tasks into my computational park, but the executable files list keeps empty. Need that populated to know what my users are installing and block potential issues on the park. Please advise, Im using KSC 11 version thanks

I am trying to configure a firewall in a newly created policy, but the list of programs for configuring management is empty. I go to the extra-registry of programs.
