App not sending info on mobile activity

Hi,

 

the Kids safe app stopped sending activity details, I tried to reinstall and it worked for two days after reinstallation then it stopped giving activities monitoring again. any clue?

When I restart the mobile, it worked andsent the activities again.

I allowed the app to be running in the back ground and exclude it from power management as requested during installation, anything can be done farther?

  1. Android manufacturer name?
  2. Android OS version, open phone Settings, scroll down to About or About phone
  3. KSK version, open KSK, select About
  4. Which store was KSK installed from: Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery or another app store? 
  5. Are all activity monitoring details stopped? 
  6. Which device OS is KSK installed on for your child
  7. Is KSK Premium or Free?

anyway, it now return to send activities after restart, till now the issue didn’t occur again.

  1. Which power management options are enabled on the Honor PE-TL10? 
  2. Log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in Application malfunction, Other template; Support may request Logs & other data, they will guide you:
