App not blocking or restricting time/apps

Hi folks, recently got one of my kids a new phone (samasung a22) and installed Kaspersky onto it. I have a Premium subscription. The phone appeared on the app and I set it up as per the previous phone.  I have only just realised that it has not been working.  I did give access to settings which may have been a mistake. 

I have now deleted the app and reinstalled it on that phone. I have also removed the previous phone from the profile. I set the time limits and also which apps are allowed when the phone is blocked. I then tested the phone by trying to use some of the apps but I was able to use any app.

Any suggestions on how to have Kaspersky working properly again? Many thanks in advance.
