every time i start a full scan the app just shuts down without a warning at 80% or more. after it shuts down and restarts automatically i have to start the scan again from zero.

i have restarted my pc nothing changes i also bought and downloaded the antivirus today

i checked the link and sent a report via e-mail. my system also meets requirements.

Hello @OG_SeaL,
 
Could you answer a few questions, such as:
  • Did this problem already exist or did it start recently?
  • Did you install Kaspersky from a clean installation or did you upgrade from an old version to a new one?
  • Have you tried reinstalling the product? (Uninstalling → Restarting the PC → Installing again)
