Morning all - just renewed and upgraded to Premium [ covering 5 devices ] and it covers my laptop etc as before but whatever I do it will not recognise the activation code for my Android phone...

Never had this problem before and have wasted a whole morning doing different ways of adding it to my phone and literally pulling my hair out now...

Anyone got ANY ideas please before I go mad ..

I have and so far 3 days wasted with them and various ways of uninstalling and installing and logs sent .... and still not working.... Not happy ....
