Amazon promotional code, supplied by Kaspersky, not being accepted

Hello everyone,i bought the kaspersky premium 2 months ago and they said me after 1 october you will able to use your amazon code on kaspersky gifts.But,i tried it today and i couldnt  get anything.Please help me.

  1. What does: "Kaspersky doesnt refund the amazon check" mean? -> have you contacted Kaspersky? IF 'yes', why? Kaspersky are the manufacturer of the software *but* they're not the *seller*, the Amazon merchant is the *seller*.
  2. Have *you* contacted the Amazon contact as stated in the Amazon Terms & conditions for the Kaspersky Premium purchase? 
  3. *Which* Amazon website was the Kaspersky Premium purchased from? 
  • As an *example* only, looking at the image below, the Amazon merchant *responsible* for the sale is: Software Direct UK , not Kaspersky, IF (we) had a problem with the sale, we have to contact:  Software Direct UK                                                                                                                                           image.thumb.png.933671963568e74196b094429abf663c.png

İts not a thing like that.When ı bought the kaspersky kaspersky com,they said from 1 octomber you will be able to use the code that we are going to sent to you.(its an amazon code)

İ tried to contact them but since today is saturday,ı couldnt.

İt was like the photo ı just sent.

I am entering my order number but it doesnt accepts it.

Thank you for the information!

  1. From October the 1st, it's now November the 8th. 
  2. The *only* Kaspersky team that can help with this problem are Kaspersky Customer Service -> https://support.kaspersky.com/tr/b2c/tr#contacts, please contact them via E-posta, fill in the template as shown, provide as much information as possible please & then wait patiently for a Kaspersky support person to contact you:

I have exactly the same problem. Bought direct from Kaspersky, with the amazon gift being offered as part of the purchase. Their order confirmation has a link to redeem the gift card, but it DOES NOT work. I have contacted support; they replied today, and have resent the order confirmation email, with the same link, and it still DOES NOT work. Have tried chrome, edge, on windows 11 pc, then also on android chrome browser. Tried incognito. Nothing. The link is faulty.

Unfortunately there's nothing the Community Forum can do to assist, (you) must continue to engage with Kaspersky support until the issue is satisfactorily resolved.  Kaspersky support have access to all (your) private information & records, to protect (your) privacy & security this is never shared with the Kaspersky Community.
