When I go into a Kapersky  protected application (like bank)   the Kapersky pop up   no longer appears

The computer (2) *Operating-system version* & (3) *Kaspersky version* can be found by (1) opening Kaspersky Standard application -> select the Headset-icon🎧, in the popup window -> *HIDE* the License Key - do not post the License Key in a public forum, look at (2) *Operating-system version* & (3) *Kaspersky version* - that's the information @harlan4096 needs please? 
2. When you say "The protection pop-ups  have stopped.... " - does that mean there's no "prompt" like this:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    OR does it mean a *Protected/Safe money-browser* does not open, you don't see the browser with the green border - like this:                                            
3. IF the *bank* you wish to visit is selected from *within* Kaspersky Safe-money application, does it open:
