Good morning,

I would like to know how you can add the local administrator of various PCs out of the domain to the group of users who are allowed to uninstall KES11.

What should I change in the policy applied to the PCs in question?

Thank you

Hi,

You could add a password at policy General settings - Interface.

So, anyone who knows the password could uninstall KES or network agent.

Thank you for the answer.

My problem is that we have 500/600 PCs  with random password of local administrator; I’ve tried to add “BUILDIN\Administrators” but is not working.

How can I allow uninstallation of KES11 to local administrator?

Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no way to allow any local administrator to uninstall KES or Network Agent.

Can I create a second user similar to “KLAdmin” only for uninstall KES or Network Agent?

No. You have to enter a password that is specified at network Agent policy or Network Agent installation package in order to delete it. Credentials from any account does not fit.
