Allow to take Screenshots on Childs Phone

Hello Safe doesnt allow to take Screenshots an Childs Phone.

 

Phone: Samsung A40, OS an Safe Kids App with all Updates

 

Volume-Down an Power and the Swipe with the Hand edge doesnt work.

1. Is Palm swipe to capture ON?
2. Which OS version is the Samsung, go to Settings⚙ , scroll to the bottom, select About → look for Android version (image 2)
3. IF KSK is removed, can you take screenshots?
4. How long has KSK been installed? 
5. Have all permissions been granted? 
6. Is KSK Premium or Free? 
7. Have you contacted Samsung Technical Support?

➡ Our tests results, done 17/12/2020 @22:45, using swipe method: 

 

Palm swipe to capture = ON. KSK does not block.

OS version. KSK does not block.

KSK About. KSK does not block.

KSK version.  KSK does not block.

TR = KSK does not block.

TR = KSK does not block.
