All exceptions are lost

Hi

All my settings on my.kaspersky.com in the category “Internet” of Safe Kids are gone - on two kid profiles.

• the website categories are different than before
• all exceptions are lost

I had several exceptions for homeschooling-tools like jitsi etc that would normally be denied set to be allowed. But now, without changing or updating anything, they are gone.

 

Even though this is web based, here are some system details about my machine:

Win 10 home, build 19041.867

Kasp Total Security:  21.2.16.59

Kasp Safe Kids is on two other PCs

1. Question re  “jitsi, normally denied”, is the normally denied due to KSK automatically blocking, or you making an “executive decision” to block? (We do understand you’ve changed to Allow, we’re just trying to understand the jitsi history). 
2. For both children’s PCs & your PC → which KSK version & patch(x) x = letter, in Windows hidden icons, rightclick the KSK icon, select About? 
3. Please also provide the OS version/build information for both children’s PCs? 
4. Which browser is used to manage KSK (by parent)? 
5. Are other KSK settings retained, for example, Device use/scheduling? 
6. Is KSK Premium or Free? 
7. Post images that reflect the issue, we need to see what you see please?
