Alerts section totally broken

hi everyone. 

after upgrading to version 15.1, the alerts section on web console has been disappeared from navigation menu and also lost the hyperlinks on the dashboard. additionally, when i generate a 'Report on threats' having added the 'Open alert' field, then again on the generated report the 'View alert' link nothing is popped up or displayed.

any clues why? it used to work like charm on previous 14.2 version.

Hello Alv63,

is the Background Connection enabled in the Web Console and additional the EDR Functionalities displayed? 
Please check additional if there is a newer Version of the Plugin for EDR.

If nothing works please reinstall Web Console this is working without any issues because KSC is not affected by this.
