agents and KES are inactive

Good morning all;
we are currently using the KCS 10 solution,

Lately we have upgraded from KCS 10 to KCS 11 after finishing the configuration I cannot manage user workstations, all agents and KES are inactive, I need help.

BY reinstalling the agent it is fixed but how can i do for 400 Pcs ? for advanced please.

please i am really stuck 😓   someone can advance me, something forgotten or to check,

the agents no longer communicate with the server?

Hi,

Please upload the necessary information so that we can help you (Version and build of Kaspersky installed, OS and servicepack installed, upload your getsysteminfo (gsi) using the latest available version, to review it, etc ...).

Have you installed the corresponding plugins?

Also, have you installed KSC v11 patch b?

below the details that you asked :

I have not yet installed KSC v11 patch b

Kaspersky center installed version 11.0.01131

KES for windows version 11.1.1.126

Kaspresky 10 for server version 10.0.0.486

OS windows server 2016 std

VCenter 6.7

the report generated by the getsysteminfo tool is attached.

hello caos;
firstly I am very grateful for your help your directions my much helped 🙏 , after the installation of the patches everything is back in order its works perfectly 👌 .
I have a little problem with the administration server application sometimes it bugs !! despite the installation of patch b.
