I wonder how to solve a problem when the Kaspersky agent icon turns gray just "starting" and loses communication and detail is encrypted leaving me with no alternative to do anything else but format, is there any other procedure for this problem.

If this is KES 12.5 and you do not have an EDRO license (Endpoint Detection and Response) then uninstall KES and reinstall it without these component and retry after reboot.
