I have a Windows Server 2003, where Agent 15.1 is not functional, but Agent 13.0 works. I will proceed with installing the agent.

If you have the KSC 13 installer, you can use the option to extract the packages and choose to export the Network Agent.

@Tahmeed702, Network Agent version 14.0.0.20023 is not applicable for WS2003; it's an unsupported scenario. I shared the correct information earlier.
