Agent as a Gateway

Recommended Posts

I’ve a network agent set as a gateway in DMZ and everything seems to be working fine since last week any mac with new installation of the Network Agent won’t connect to the admin server through the gateway, old mac devices that have already connected before don’t have this issue.

I checked the connection to the gateway, the firewall between gateway and the admin server and it’s working fine, the policy for the network agent is inherited from the main group and has not  been changed recently.

Any Idea

Greetings dikaj,

You say that existing computers are working fine and just new MAC’s are not connecting. Please check the communication settings on the network agent package that you are deploying to those computers and also you can do a klnagchk command to check communications https://support.kaspersky.com/9292

If the issue persists I would recommend opening a support case at companyaccount.kaspersky.com.
