I would like to know why some device does not update agent and KES to the latest version, despite the update tasks in being performed each 30 minutes sucessfully.

Gabriel,
Are you referring to the AV database or the version of the KES (AV) and Network Agent products?

The version of KES and agent products

Perfect.

Well, there are two ways to update versions. One is by using the [Install Application Remotely] task and directing the most recent application to the host you want to update.

The other is by using the [Update] task, but for this you need to approve the software you want to update on the host that is receiving the task.

Access the KSC console and click on the Advanced > Software Updates node.

Search for Kaspersky.

When you find the product, approve it.

In the next [Update] task, the approved products will be updated on the hosts that are part of the task.

TMJ. 🙂

I've done this, but both the KES and the agent are still not updated. Network agent version approval do not appear in the "software updates" node

Please show the screenshot of the [Update] task settings.

Can you validate in the host properties in the registration of applications that have not been updated to the desired version if there is more than one Kaspersky Endpoint Security registration?

If updates are approved , keswin will get updated eventually but it will take time , so get a coffee and relax

No, just one KES registration.

Eu fiz isso, mas tanto o KES quanto o agente ainda não estão atualizados. A aprovação da versão do agente de rede não aparece no nó "atualizações de software"

Check if the device for which you did not receive the update is listed in the properties of the KES version you approved.

It is not

Therefore, the task is correct in not performing the host update, since it is not related to the software.

Could you explain what do you mean? I'm a bit confused

You had mentioned that some machines were not updating via the [Update] task. However, what you just reported is that the software you want the station to receive the new version for is not assigned. What you can do is create a [Remote Installation] task for KES 12.7 and point it to the stations that did not receive the update via the [Update] task. This way, the version update should be done normally.
