After Upgrading the KSC 11 from 10, Communication last between the remote location computers and Administration server [moved]

We were having KSC 10 installed on one server, it has many different remote location branch computers connected, We took backup of KSC10 and restored it to the new Server. then we Upgraded to the KSC 11 from 10, After that Communication lost between the remote location computers and Administration server. Local network PCs are communicating with the Administration server, But remote branch PCs are not communicating. Need help!.
