After a forced update of kaspersky VPN, the list of servers reduced from 100 to 86 and I lost the double VPN tab. Now I can't use double VPN anymore. Anyone have any idea why?

Sorry about that.

OS: Windows 11 Home edition, Macos Sequoia 15.7.2 and IOS 18.6.2

This is transversal to these OS's.

The Kaspersky VPN version is the latest, I was forced to update because everything stopped working as it should.

My Kaspersky app just changed its behaviour and I suddenly lost some servers (that I usually use), I had a new Eula, and lost the double VPN option, (which I also usually use). I was informed in the new Eula that there is new conditions about how my data is processed. This is not what I've paid for, as apparently Kaspersky silently changed the terms of the subscription and lower the security framework of the vpn service removing the double vpn option.

Hello @VPNuser

Welcome!

Same: image.thumb.png.ab7868d4136b5a79971c1e5ac1c453d5.png

Many of us are experiencing similar issues since the latest *forced* update & Kaspersky appear to be aware, on the support website they have posted: image.thumb.png.8b1c9b796fd7a3a110d3a1b6beadf0e0.png

IF updating *directly* from the link Kaspersky provide on the support website doesn't work, please log a support request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, fill in the template as shown, please provide a *detailed-history* & please do not select the AI-Bot to submit the request.

***Note IF (your) software is NOT Kaspersky Premium, select from the dropdown list***

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

Thank you🙏

Hello,

This is due to an update of the VPN infrastructure. The new infrastructure complies with the highest Kaspersky quality standards so our customers will continue to enjoy the same smooth VPN user experience. Updated service offers a consistently stable connection, full traffic encryption, and access to a wide range of locations – including all the most popular ones. We’re continuing to expand coverage and add new features in upcoming updates.

Hello @Danila T.

Thank you for the feedback!

  1. Where has the *Double VPN* disappeared to?
  2. How is (your) answer a *solution* when we're all experiencing *ongoing* issues -> nothing is *solved* IF subscribers cannot successfully use the service they paid for.

Thank you🙏

Hello,

This is due to an update of the VPN infrastructure.

  • All VPN users will see a new agreement in the app which they need to accept.
  • The number of available VPN servers will change from ~105 to ~85, most common servers will remain. The router feature, protocol selection and dual VPN options will disappear. We’re continuing to expand coverage and add new features in upcoming updates.

Hello @Danila T.

Thank you for the feedback!

  1. IF that's the case *all* of the Kaspersky documentation requires a *serious-update* & Kaspersky Customer Service, level one support, chat support & web email support need to be brought up to speed so they don't impose upon subscribers for ridiculous amounts of data for fruitless *troubleshooting* when the ball is & always has been in Kaspersky's court.

Thank you🙏
