I still have my Standard license in effect until Dec.2024 .. If i purchase Plus in advance, can the license wait until my Standard expires? Or it will immediately upgrade my Standard and the PLus License activates and Days starts to count? .. Thank you

Welcome!

IF a new Plus subscription is purchased online from a Kaspersky website - it will activate as soon as the payment is made & the day count will also begin. 
IF the subscription is purchased from a online store that is not Kaspersky OR from a physical store - an activation code will be issued & (you) can activate when you make the decision to do so.

IF you wish to proceed with purchasing from a Kaspersky website, the Kaspersky Customer Service Team / Kaspersky Technical will be able to assist by suspending the newly activated Plus until the existing subscription expires - that way -you don't run two subscriptions at the same time. 

Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown in the image below; please include a *detailed history*
