administration server not loging

We had a problem with administration server It is not entering administration server console,

where an error message appears regarding local host and port

I logged into the services and started the Casper service, but it stopped automatically and I don't know what solved the problem

Not sure it there is another solution, but If you have a backup, maybe you have to restore it with Kaspersky Backup Utility.

That worked for me a year ago.
