Admin Server on DMZ and Network Agent Settings

Hi,

I have installed the admin server on a DMZ network but the pcs are not able to connect to it because the network agent is not having the DNS name or IP Address of the admin server in its installation package. How to let the installation package save the ip address or dns name of the admin server?

As far as I understand you are using a "raw" package to install...

You can create a "standalone" installation package... in your case for Network Agent... this is done from KSC - https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/14.2/en-US/192396.htm

 

before creating a package, check its settings in the "connection" section - the address or name of your server must be specified there ... the user legacy will be connected to it ... make sure that it is correct and available to the user legacy

I hope you made sure that the server in the DMZ was available to your devices on the appropriate ports ...
