Adding program to exclusion list

Hi,

I’ve an agent for check_mk installed on most of my server, I’m using Kaspersky security center 12 and under managed devices I’ve a group just for Windows server few of which have the check_mk agent installed but is being blocked  from starting up by Kaspersky. I want to add this agent to the exclusions list so it won’t be blocked.
how do I go about it? pair in mind that the software/agent for check_mk is not installed on the local server that is running Kaspersky security center.

And can I do it from the security center or do I’ve to do it via Kaspersky Security for Windows Server?

Thanks in advance.
Mark

Just as a side note I tried to add an exception to application lunch control but now it’s saying “End user license has been violated: task run blocked by license” .

I just want the application that is called check_mk_agent.exe to run and not be blocked by Kaspersky. I know for a fact that’s not a virus or a malware it’s an agent that connects the server to a monitoring server.

You need Advanced-license to use “application launch control”

You can use “trusted zone” in the policy to exclude files/applications from scanning.

Again: please refer (Milan’s post)
