Activity reporting not updating currently?

I am not seeing any activity in the reports for the last two days. The app is working on my kids devices though. 

Anyone else having this problem?

Welcome back!

  1. What device type, name, version & build are you using to access KSK Reports? 
  2. Which version & patch is KSK up to? 
  3. Has KSK been removed from the device & a clean install done?

This is occurring with multiple (4) devices on windows. 

As it turns out the reporting eventually shows up about a day behind. This has been occurring since the day that my.kaspersky / kids was offline for maintenance.

I will check the versions. They were all installed about 3 months ago. Shouldn’t they keep themselves updated since they are part of the antivirus suite? And is there a known issue where kids no longer works with previous recent patch levels?

I also see that there are at least 5 others reporting the same issue happening about the same time mine did.

I will investigate later today on the devices, but given as it is all devices and the info is showing up late that does not seem to point to the devices but to an issue with communication with Kaspersky? I work high level service issues on server/database platforms for a living and this really feels like something that Kaspersky needs to follow up on their side. Possibly related to the maintenance changes done around a week ago.
