Activation of Kaspersky Endpoint Security

Hello everyone,

Kaspersky Endpoint Security is currently installed on 106 computers of 125.
All the computers are managed through Kaspersky Cloud.

Although, it seems that it is not able to activate Kaspersky Endpoint Security on a new computer, because there was a mismatch on the number of the digits of the serial number.
The serial number seems longer (more digits) that the proper serial number.
Is there a solution for this?

I hope you installed correct distribution package which is downloaded from KES Cloud  [cloud.kaspersky.com] , Keswin automatically get activated if they are connected to internet , usually it takes time to get activated , sometimes you may need to manually put activation code in the license section of Keswin

Indeed, it got activated by itself a few days after the installation of the latest distribution package.
