Welcome!

• IF (you) purchased, from Kaspersky's *new* software range, read: I paid for an activation code but didn't receive it
• & read: You don't need an activation code for Kaspersky Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium: After purchasing on the Kaspersky website, your subscription will be automatically saved in your My Kaspersky account. The activation code is not required. The subscription will be applied automatically after you download and install the application.

1. Have (you) logged into (your) MyKaspersky account - from the *installed* Kaspersky software, using the same email address (you) used to purchase the software?
