I am facing a problem activating the license, which is supposed to be for four devices, but when I add it to the third device, the program refuses to activate, leaving only two devices connected to the same license.

Welcome!

  1. Upgrade to Kaspersky Standard - the upgrade is *free* - KIS is Kaspersky's *old* software, read this:  Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T.
  2. Kaspersky Standard can be downloaded here: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product
  3. Read & follow: "You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code" error.

I will try, but I only have two devices linked with the same license and the same version, and this version was downloaded from the official website.

Thank you for posting back!

  1. That's why (you) must read & follow *all* of: "You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code" error.
  2. In (your) MyKaspersky account, *Devices tab* make sure only *two* devices are connected to the subscription: https://my.kaspersky.com/MyDevices#/portal/pages/devices
