Activation error

Hello, I would be really thankful if anyone can help me with this.

I have downloaded Kaspersky Security Center and didn't have an activation code. Then when I tried to add some tasks like update, it required license. Therefore I created an account on Kasper and received an activation code for business trial. But it just doesn't work on my Kasper. It gives me an unknown error. what can I do. Also I didn't subscribe because I CAN'T FIND IT.

Do you need to tell us a little more about your test environment?

What version and model of KSC do you use? OnPremise/Cloud KSC?
What version of Kaspersky Endpoint Security (KES) is installed?
What version of Network Agent is installed?

Did you try to add the key via KSC task or directly on the Endpoint?
