IF Kaspersky Premium subscription is purchased from a Kaspersky website - the subscription/license is sent when the payment is successfully processed. 

Has (your) MyKaspersky account, Subscription tab, been checked? 

Also, again IF Kaspersky Premium subscription is purchased from a Kaspersky website - two emails are sent; has (your) email, including Junk mail -> been checked? 

After you purchase the application, you will receive 2 email messages: electronic receipt and information letter on working with My Kaspersky. If you didn’t receive the letters within 24 hours, contact Kaspersky Customer Service; IF (you) need to contact Kaspersky Customer Service, fill in the template as shown:

my subscription tab still looks like this, there are no emails on the junk tab and the email that would contain the code just said that "Subscription successfully linked to your new My Kaspersky account"

1. Please contact Kaspersky Customer Service; fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history* 

• *Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*
