account name change in Kaspersky FDE

Hi, I am unable add new username & password in already encrypted laptop. I have tried to add manually the new username & password via account management task successfully. But in the PBA screen its unable to take the new user name & password it's only taking the older name. It's a workgroup environment. where as in windows its taking the new username & password. So kindly help me how to login with the new username & password without decryption. KSC version 10.4.343 patch B Kes 10sp2mr3 BR
