We run Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows v11 across all workstation/notebooks at our business - all running Windows 10. In the last week several users have reported having "Access denied" by Kaspersky for differing websites that they visit. Each time we added these websites as trusted and thought nothing more of it as it rarely happens. However this has now escalated to many additional websites and was wondering what had changed that this was happening so frequently and what action we should take? Here is a screen capture:

Hi, Please attach an export of active KES policy to your answer.

Nikolay, The particular part of the policy causing this alert, Web Threat Protection, is just the default Kaspersky policy setup as per screen capture below. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Thank you for that info! Could you please provide us with KES traces, collected while you are opening a site that is blocked by KES?

Traces now captured opening example of site that is blocked - where do I send files, can you provide email address?

For anyone interested the answer, Kaspersky support via our Company account resolved this issue for us re: Access Denied when browsing websites. As per screenshot below we unchecked "Scan encrypted connections" for our Endpoint Client for Windows 11.1 policy.
