I actually have a concern that I hope you can help me resolve.

In the year 2020, I used an old Huawei phone, which was running Android 9 at the time, and browsed a dangerous website. After that, the phone started showing some unusual minor problems, but the antivirus software did not show any abnormalities. Because I was worried about getting infected, I replaced the device. However, I have been worried that if the old Android device was infected with malicious programs, would those programs infect other phones or computers in the same WIFI environment, such as my family's or friends' devices or the device I replaced it with?

I hope you can help me with this, and I really appreciate your assistance!
