Abokündigung nicht möglich

Hallo,

mein Abo läuft bis zum 12.07. mit automatischer Verlängerung, diese möchte ich löschen und das Abo kündigen. Ich bekomme allerdings immer die Meldung, das ein Fehler aufgetreten ist und man es später versuchen soll. Das geht nun mehrere Tage so. Ist das eine neues Masche, um keine Abonnenten zu verlieren ?
