A problem with the virtual machines working environment Thin Client

I have a virtual work environment distributed into groups, It's Thin Client (Vcloud point Server).

used vMatrix version 2.7.0.13953 for manage users.

it's distributed into real Group have 8 users working on it.

It was stable from the beginning of our use of Kaspersky anti-virus version 11.6, until the update to version 12.4.0.467. The problem of users logging in and logging out appeared:
Some of them directly as soon as the desktop appears
Some of them work for 15 minutes before logging out.
Some of them work for 30 minutes before logging out.
The Kaspersky version was updating normally in addition to the agent
This version works perfectly on real physical devices
But on virtual devices this problem appeared on Thin Client (Vcloud point Server) vMatrix version 2.7.0.13953 also i make update for farmwear .
Is there a possibility to help?

Hi babuhasson,

I suggest that you disable all Kaspersky Endpoint Security components then enable one component at a time until you identify the component that causes the issue. You can that add required exclusions to solve the issue. If the problem is not solved, I suggest that you contact technical support.
